What is Soft Wash?
U.S. Wash Corps uses a technique called “soft washing” to professionally clean most building exteriors, particularly residential siding (stucco, hardy board, vinyl, cedar, even brick and pre-cast concrete). The pressure used in "Soft Washing" is typically less than 100 PSI to soft wash a commercial and residential buildings. High pressure power washing can damage roofs and siding most of the time. Knowledgeable professionals all agree that the only way to safe and effective way to clean a roof or a house siding is with the Soft Wash method.
Very little pressure is used, and the surface is actually cleaned by the professionally applied bio-degradable detergents. By using lower pressure and the appropriate bio-degradable detergents to soft wash the building, chances of harming the surface being cleaned or plant is significantly reduced. The results are guaranteed to last much longer than pressure washing because soft washing kills the organic growth whereas "blasting" it with pressure just knocks off the surface material and it will come back in a matter of months.
